The Founder CEO of the company Dr Asif Qamar Rana graduated from Nishter Medical University and is now working in Paediatrics Department in the same in the same institute. Due to his vast experience in field of medicine, Medical books are now the specialty of Nishtar Publications.

The Managing Directer Naveed Arshad is the also the co founder of the company having vast experience in marketing making company progress day and night.
